What tips?

In reply to claims child’s abuser got tips at Martijn website posted by newshound on 2011-October-6 14:40:07, Thursday
No where on the site is their tips on how to abuse children. It's not a valid claim unless you can actually show physical proof of these "tips." If a claim is all it takes, then I could say I got tips on how to kill people from the government's website.
