I can't site any specific law or citation. I've gotten my view of the "gray area" of when a therapist may feel compelled to report to LEA of a perceived threat from things I have read here and there. Admittedly I have no personal knowledge of this happening. But it's a risk I personally wouldn't be willing to take.
