1. Don't talk about it to anyone, i.e. don't go around telling people.
2. Never ... NEVER NEVER EVER talk to the po-po's unless your lawyer is present. Name, Rank, Serial Number, and "I really think at this point my attorney / solicitor should be involved in any further discussions.
3. Don't sweat it -- stuff in your temp file does not a conviction make. It's when you collect stuff, keep stuff, share stuff. That doesn't mean you can visit //somekindoftooyoungsexsite dot com// (not a real site that I know of) and pay for access and "just look".
4. If someone comes to your house and tells you they're going to seize your PC and you're the only user on it (seriously, not just "well I don't think so") in an investigation of someone else -- at least in the USA, they should not be able to seize your PC. Talk to a lawyer about that.
5. NEVER admit to ANYTHING. They will think you're minimizing to make it seem like you've not done "it" -- whatever "it" is. See #2.

It's not worth killing yourself over.
