On the surface, this sounds like a GREAT idea!!!!

I would love nothing better than to go toe to toe with ANY perv, via legislation, or the courts, or public debate or in the alley! Give me that chance! Show your faces and let nature take it's course!

...but...in pondering the underlying message, this sounds like a 2nd year psychology project or a neophyte law enforcement gig.

I'm all for your "movement" Amicus, let's see YOUR face! My identity is well documented here, so tell me who YOU really are.

A perv is a perv no matter the cloak they try to hide behind and Amicus doesn't sound like one.
