Unfortunately, it requires the removal of a part of your anatomy you're likely to miss. It also has to be done soon, before your voice does change. Once your vocal cords lengthen, it's too late.

I suspect the medical condition and/or treatment you allude to is why puberty is progressing so slowly for for you.
