You aren't alone in being attacked when you first came in. BC is widely known as the place where people come to have their ideas shit upon. If you'll notice every post that comes from a little bit different perspective is hounded by BC's nattering naybobs of negativism (example) leading most people to just leave and never come back. Those who stick around often develop overly aggressive defensive attitudes in order to cope with the rampant abuse. We should both be commended for sticking it out in a place where the vocal minority makes it perfectly clear that they doesn't welcome our views. If so it isn't clear at all why you ever visit BC, since it seems as though no one here values your input, except the one who offers you dialog and advice. Sad that you would see the one person who has repeatedly encouraged you and shown interest in your themes of MAPs sticking together to prep for future attacks/disasters as hopelessly bad intentioned.
