What can anyone do but to offer ideas, and respond

Humour, understanding, coping mechanisms, a chance to talk and respond. The status of any North American City right now is just tragic. People in tents, drug use, violence and theft is unlike I've never seen. It's just too bad that the "health checks" can't be administered to the fascist entities that are causing so much strife. Empathy, and concern is in at least offering a response that would encourage some feed back. The state of this culture never the less, in my view is not healthy, and that's what needs to be "spot checked", and investigated. Problem is erroneous and destructive policies don't have an "IP address", just lots of experts and employees.
