This has been explained before. There are cultures where BL is accepted by the general population BUT now those cultures have been infiltrated by the "moral entrepreneur" antis, who have poisoned the environment. Walking down the street with a boy/a bunch of boys is very risky and today may result in arrest. The Philippines is such a place. Parts of Mexico may be, too. But the ideal--which is fun, relaxed, rewarding relationships for both you and the boy/boys--are not possible where paranoia is rife and when casually watching your back may not be sufficient to keep you out of trouble. |
