(Always touting some Emotionally Potent Oversimplification) The victims of empire know all too well the propensity of the empire to work overtime to crush all challengers. A basic reading of Chomsky brings this clarity. Or William Blum (i.e. book 'Killing Hope'). They've all tried to come here for very good reasons (i.e. escape u.s./nato terrorism, now via drones). And it appears that, with all of these allies betrayed via the ice mandates, "we" are isolating ourselves in a curious sort of 'Patriotic' Suicide. Where i happen to think that the u.s.a. will be/is now being prepped to be the Scapegoat for the world so that Globalism can come to the fore. While the elites and their thugs will escape to other nations, leaving the stupidized (in that they can only think of themselves and "their" country, not anyone else) "patriots" out in the cold. And globalist forces easily overwhelming the u.s. 'patriots', the world sighing a huge sigh of relief, perhaps not yet recognizing that the underlying ideology of SEVERELY ALIENATED statecraft remains. |
