To claim that a Jewish anti-Zionist is a self-hating Jew is to equate Jewish identity with support for Zionism and, by extension, with support for racism, genocide, and ethnic cleansing, as though a supremacist political ideology is written into someone's DNA on account of their ethnicity. It is a profoundly racist and antisemitic claim; besides which, it is simply untrue: our moral ideas, our political ideologies, are not determined by our genes. Humans are more complex than that. Our moral ideas are determined by our environment, our upbringing, our character traits, our experiences, the people we interact with, and our own intellectual capabilities.
