Oh well, if somebody told you that when you were a child, then I absolutely recant and withdraw. After all, I'm guessing your childhood overlapped with the dying days of the Roman Empire, so probably you're some kind of authority on this. While I'm obviously devastated not to have won your esteem, my point is just how little you civilisational warriors - with your vague allusions to 'Christianity' and the 'Roman Empire' and the 'Byzantines' - actually know about the things you claim you want to restore. And also, incidentally, how little you "real MAPs" appear to know about the history of boylove. I think I've been tolerably successful at showing up your ignorance, but it feels very much like pushing at an open door. Nobody will ever be as accomplished at showcasing your ignorance as you are. |
