Since it's true that EVERY group, elite or poor and all in between are swamped in various forms of propaganda to integrate them into a program that they were not allowed to have a serious hand in designing! Each generations gets "Saddled" by bullies of the older generations, largely those survivors of war combat that have lost the ability to think in liberatory terms.
