The same channel also makes mention in the last few days about sodium-ion powerwalls coming out now.. USA and Europe for now, but I'm sure the rollout will go worldwide. Sodium-ion batteries have less energy density than lithium-ion equivalents, but they have other advantages - OK in the cold, fast charging, many cycles, and inherently safer chemistry.
