political trades

The article stated that there was nothing in the interest of Donald Trump in this bill. What i hate is that passing laws comes with kinds of trades in a power play. Instead of evaluating each law separately, there is kind of trade in place. I vote for your proposal if you support mine. In some places, amendments which have nothing to do with the original proposal are attached to unrelated bills. Housing bills are difficult. Society is a dynamic system and does not react to pushes like a pendulum. It often goes sideways. If incentives for builders are removed, then there will be a shortage. Or if strings are attached to project, then those projects might not be realized. I hope that this bill works as intended and all kids get good living conditions. |
