The Palestinian Arabs got defeated together with the Ottoman empire. Just like the Sovietunion grabbed land, Palestine was governed by Britain and France - they could decide what to do. Instead, the UN was asked and came up with a resolution - hence Israel. Now it exists and has existed for a long time. Instead of a discussion, who owns rights and who has to go, there should be a commitment to peace. Unfortunately, the Palestinian Arabs have shown that they are not committed. They did not create a working democracy or similar in Gaza. And they had the support of many NGO. Hamas attacked a music festival on October 7th, fully known that it will backfire. They knew exactly how Israel would react and they do not care about Palestinians. In their eyes, Palestinian kids are cannon fodder. They hide among kids, they hide below hospitals - they want the human toll to be big so the outcry is huge. If you want peace, then remove Hamas from Palestine, teach kids to respect each other, ensure that Israel does not get attacked from your territory - and you will end up with peace. |
