I hope it stays low. Surgery does not change the person. If you were a decent person, you will stay decent. If you were horrible, surgery will not make you more likeable.

The claim is that sex and gender are 2 different things. If so, then being different from the appearance should be the norm and no pressure to do surgery. In daily life, i do not care which gender people have, because it is irrelevant.
