Cost/benefit

That type of surgery based on my understanding is not exactly perfected. That is a lot of pain and suffering to go through for not a lot of benefit in terms of functionality. Transsexualism is not about sex. It's about gender and how they perceive themself and how they want others to perceive them. I think a lot of them can enjoy meaningful sex being, "a chick with a dick". etc.... I am not sure a lot of these people would consider it worth doing but I am not transgender so I don't know....
