There is only one president in history who we know for sure is able to distinguish an elephant from a crocodile - and that is Trump. We can be certain that all past presidents including Biden and Harris can do that too, but that was never doubted that much that it was put to the test.

Trump was president and had a personal physician. He had aides who talked to the physician and that physician decided to test Trump for dementia. And Trump did not resisted - he took that test and bragged about it like it were an intelligence test.
