They need to resume testing..

Testing began in 1968 and ended in 1999. Every woman who competed in the Olympics in every single sporting even was required to take a chromosome test and get a card verifying that they were female. And they had to bring this card with them if they wanted to compete.

Now it becomes necessary to chromosome test both males and females who compete in Olympic sports.
