Taqiyya is the same: if you are confronted with people who will kill you because of your religion, you can lie to them without fault.

You might find that in one of your books, in one place. But remember that the Quran is anything than consistent. And even if is is written somewhere, the average Muslim does not read the Quran but listens to the Iman. And that one tells that it is permitted to lie to infidels when there is anything to gain.

The most prominent example was Arafat at Camp David. He lied straight to their face and told Palestinians that on his return.

It happens in Sweden, where they ask for a ceasefire in Gaza in Swedish and call for the termination of the state Israel in Arabic.

That is the reality.
