You are mistaken. Breaking the law does not depend on the suspect's understanding of the law or even knowing the law. What the suspect thinks or believes is irrelevant.

If there were evidence for election fraud, then Guiliani and the kraken could have presented those in the court hearings. But the judge explicitly ask Guiliani if he claims election fraud, which he denied. Both Powell and Guiliani know very well, that one cannot lie in court under oath. Both observers from the Democratic and the Republican party were present in each voting location and had plenty opportunity to document any deviations.

Mike Pence was Trump's vice president, chosen by Trump. They worked together for 4 years. Why do you think that Pence needed extra public pressure by the mob outside the Capitol to do his job?

Asking Mike Pence to overturn the results is a breach against the election system. Voters elect the electoral college, which then gathers in Washington DC to cast their votes.


But continue to deny reality.
