I guess politically speaking Buttigieg doesn't bring that much to the ticket, I just like him very much and as mentioned I think he is the smartest guy in Washington.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear is also being mentioned as a possibility because he may offset Trump's VP pick Kentucky Senator JD Vance.

It's going to get exciting in the coming months, particularly since MAGA types are already saying that if Trump doesn't win there will be civil war.
