What reason is strong enough for any American (or British or anyone) to still be in Russia?

The President should order all American's out of Russia and any American staying there beyond a certain date will be on their own and will receive no assistance from the U.S..

Sounds harsh, but we are in the New Cold War with Russia and extreme measures are necessary to prevent Russia's bullshit from continuing.
