I would agree that it is a matter of "states rights" and not give it any more thought. However, I suspect that this is not the intent of this law. I believe the intent of the law is to block all gay websites and define the term gay, homosexual or any other LGBTQ+ identity as pornographic by it's very nature. The first step in making their identity a criminal offense, and LGBTQ+ people into a criminal class. That any site that depicts same sex couples holding hands or showing any type of affection will be deemed pornographic but heterosexual couples will not be censored.
