Pretty much everything needed except fuel, is being allowed into Gaza which Israel won't allow in because Hamas confiscates fuel to use in their war against Israel.

Not a good comparison. In WW II, civilians in Dresden were never warned about the bombing. Israel has warned and given Gaza civilians weeks to evacuated Gaza. They remain at their peril. It's war.
