As you say, basically sentencing him (not in a court of law) and even before he's been found guilty of anything.

Mind you, one of my local news channels saw fit to show a short clip of him taking liberties with a well-known reporter.. looked very awkward and invasive. I would guess that probably like a lot of heterosexuals he thinks all sorts of boundary-pushing behaviour is perfectly OK.
