again, no You didnt adress anything I said Federal constitutional precedents make it unlikely that the federal government can issue a national mask wearing mandate that applies to the states. did people get arrested, and/or fined, for not wearing masks? Yes, they did. I dont care about federal mandates. do you deny that people got fined for not wearing masks? There have been fines levied. A fine is not an arrest. I never said a fine was an arrest. Is a fine backed up by force, potentially lethal force, or not? If one refuses to pay a fine, what happens next? Perhaps you should rewrite your post with a little less anxiety and I will provide a reasoned response. Something a little more intelligent would be good. Not an argument. Ad hominem. |
