Whether the board continues to exist as a functioning website is one question. Whether it remains a genuinely active discussion forum, rather than a repository of links and miscellaneous posts circulated among the same nine or ten people, is quite another.

After 20 years here, surely you can see that when one person can start threads almost nonstop, with barely anyone else posting in between, that's hardly a sign of a healthy, active discussion board. A site can still be online long after the conversation has effectively died.
