Then what is hell for?

I don't think everyone wants to be loved. Or at least, you have to assume that there might be some people who, theoretically, do not want to be loved under any circumstances.

There are days when I feel like that.

This is why we have to respect the possibility that hell exists, even if it might be empty, or ultimately nobody - not even the Devil - might decide finally to remain there.
