Just in the continental u.s.a., wow! Which might that be?

So the shadow government is tending towards financial Armageddon, is it? Yeah, i suppose if they get rid of all the petty millionaires and hundred-millionaires they can ...what... have some more room?

Good to know folks of your calbre are posting here. Real ivy league-sounding types, i'm gathering.

Sounds awfully enticing to those who really think that individual constituent-type (?) approaches to gathering justice can trump collective approaches by the myriad oppressed and unjustly dealt. How might such happen, pray tell?

One question that has been rolling around in my mind ever since i read that Roger Moody, a one-time (?) MAP, said in PAN Magazine about "boylove beauty spots and where they just happen to be". He said they were always in places where dictatorships reigned.

And i had to wonder about that one, even tho i think it is not always correct.

So i guess that's a cue to those MAPs thinking there's an easier way out of all of this? Join up with the Dictators and your Friendly Local c.i.a. outfit and covertly betray the parents of the kids. ??

i'd only caution you, dear fellow MAPs, to READ HISTORY, INCLUDING THE HISTORY OF HOW STATECRAFT BETRAYS RELATIVELY WEAK GROUPS FOR ITS "OWN" INSANE ENDS. Whenever it feels like it.

"Alien values are implanted into the lives of the people, precisely through the children; alien, not merely in the sense of foreign or exotic, but alien to humanity: a commerciogenic identity is formed. At first it was partly resisted, but with time, it became more and more acceptable, until it has now become a major determinant on the lives of the young, displacing all earlier forms of acculturation, other ways of answering need, other ways of being in the world. This process of forgetting, beyond recall, but perhaps not quite beyond reclamation, is a form of colonialism far more effective than that which held so much of the world in thrall in an earlier empire." ----Jeremy Seabrook in 'The Metamorphoses of Colonialsm'
