If you see the response as demeaning that must mean that you recognize Sick's dignity and think it's being impinged upon. Kudos for sticking up for a fellow BCer. Even those of us who disagree with your conclusion can recognize this as possibly the most positive thing you have said all week. If you want to say more about why you felt the response to sick was demeaning then it's likely that others would read and agree with your assessment. It would be good to see you taking the driver's seat for a change and even if you were to lead the bandwagon off into the wrong direction, at least you guys would be together.
