The man was described as having mental difficulties so severe that he could not even be interviewed, which, frankly, doesn't surprise me if he came from Norfolk; but that's another issue. The UK police do not customarily disclose people's religious beliefs (if any). But, heck, you want to believe so badly that he was a Muslim, so that's what you do believe; and, instead of ascribing his bizarre behaviour to his mental challenges, you ascribe his behaviour to his being Muslim, because, you know, Muslims around the world are known for feeding children to crocodiles; that's exactly what their religion teaches, isn't it?
