You could equally say that you have finally shown who you really are, that when you get pushback, you stop pretending to be all friendly.

Nothing chuck said in his post is "his legs snapping closed like a mousetrap" , nothing he said was rude or insulting, you just dont like that he is disagreeing or taking issue with something you said.

you talking about "predator grooming cycles" does make it clear what your views are and where you are coming from so of course he now sees you more clearly.
