..is when young people are able to organize something like 'COYOTE' -as organized by the police-abused, ex-lapd cop and author Norma Jean Almodovar. 'COYOTE' (Call Off Your Old Tired Ethics) is/was a prostitute's rights group/union that had to endure plenty of cop harrassment to even exist. In a sane world, young people would not NEED to 'sell their bodies'. They might well do such for fun, tho, or extra cash, favors, and cross-class connection-building, i suppose. In my vision, they would be on the forefront of TEACHING GROANUPS HOW TO HAVE meaningful SEX and BE SENSUAL! And SO MUCH MORE! Perhaps more like how Asian prostitution works, from my small study of the topic concerning Thailand. Where a prostitute is "rented" by the week or longer. And becomes MUCH MORE than a mere concubine doing "quickies". I recall another good example of such, where anti-sensual attitudes have not pervaded Society like they do in Western democracies (via the State Church). I read about it in an independent, woman-owned news-paper entitled "EVERYONE IS DOING OUTRAGEOUS SEX" back in the 1990s. It was published there as a letter from someone who had seen how Asian nations took the issue on (before Big Bully came along and Told them to Suppress such Or Else). The writer claimed that some (?) of these Asian nations deal with this sort of thing via whole communities watching out for the youngsters!! So that when youngsters want to explore such things they can do it, but under the watchful eyes of meaningful, non-anti-sex/sensual community!! Not Restricted by professionals trying to maintain their funding. It was all very informal and much more reasonable, according to the letter writer. The ideological rigidity was not involved in this sort of action. Only later, after Big Bully (the u.s.a., etc.) came along did some Asian police resort to stuff like Steve (?) Diamond (?) articulated in his book THE POISON RIVER. Where the Thai cops Used such evil shit as Cattle-prods on the youngsters to Force them to Go Along with what the official groanups Wanted. (This would probably be an interesting topic to research more indepth; what does A.I. say?) |
