It's how people organize their thoughts before they act.

There is a whole genre in literature: crime. There are horror movies and a lot of them. And nobody is forbidden them because that would create murders. Just try to find a Oscar nominated movie, where violence does not play a major part. Try to find an American movie without a gun.

You are repeating an argument by the antis, which has no base in reality. You want it to be true, so you can continue the witch hunt.
