If judges were left to completely understand a sexual scenario of shared erotic affections, assess a male youth's "sexual awareness" and by extension his erotic desire, and sex drive. Then a better judicial system would be had. Yet Judges have very little power, with mandatory minimums for just about anything that pertains to male youth and sexuality there can be no real sanity in the judicial body. Erotic energy can only be disgusting, gross, evil, a mental illness, and something that can only harm a youth, never ever be a benefit, or simply just an educational event. It must be dragged out, dramatized, youth services agents and the bandwagon of special unit officers must descend and make a spectacle, with intimidating threats if certain protocols are not met, the abuse of power starts way before the courts. Like you say and I 100% agree the abuse, the harm, the cognitive distortions, and bullying, not to mention the grooming lies with a system that is out of control. So what corrects this? Nature does I suppose, thing start to happen perhaps first outside of the obvious as it pertains to this conversation, like in relationships, family dynamics, child births, and a culture that has overall less sex... complacency, inflation, theft, and rotating jail sentences. At some point overall poor, and damaging ways of managing society, with drama, expensive and useless intervention... at some point it falls apart. |
