Those mannerisms are quite common in the gay culture. If he was raised by rednecks he'd be wearing a cowboy hat and playing with animals. If he was raised in certain jewish communities he'd be wearing a kippah and reading a Torah scroll. If he was raised in certain black communities he'd be wearing grills on his teeth and show off his pistol. Kids his age are a reflection of their origin culture.

A boy of his age talking gay (trans?) style does not mean he's going to grow up to be in gay relationships more than heterosexual. He might get a crush on a girl when he gets to highschool. These days many girls like femboys, so he'll not have a problem finding a mate if that's what you worry about.
