if you start from the faulty premise that sexual adultism is a thing, and has explanatory power, then anything you conclude from that initial faulty premise will also be faulty.

Adults are different from children. Differences in treatment of adults and children is not necessarily adultism, sexual or otherwise.

Does that mean that the ways we treat children are always good, or correct? No, but that has nothing to do with adultism.
