... but I don't think you are a dumb-bitch...so use your head for once.

You are not going to legislate away millions of years worth of evolution because you are all of a sudden uncomfortable with the nasty things boys do.

You can make a law that the sun can't rise...but it is still going to rise.

That does not mean sex for every boy but there has to be "wiggle room" that or destroy 100s of thousands of lives for laws that are not reality based and against human nature.
