Yes indeed - privacy-preserving tech (encryption, open source, TOR, Monero, P2P, etc.) seem to have constituted the only positive development that us boylovers have had this centaury! I am aware that there is an ongoing project called I2P that aims to create effectivity a parallel internat (akin to TOR) based off a P2P protocol. With regulation of the surface internet becoming tighter every day (capitalizing on the inherent vulnerability of an internet based on centralized servers), it seems to me that something like I2P is the future. What are the major challenges facing this project right now? If privacy-preserving technology has been the only good news we’ve had in a long time, might it be worth us boylovers making the most of this? ...I only ask because you do have the nice linux operating system sigpic! I myself have learned a fair amount about how to use computers and the internet privately, but am always curious to know more. ![]() |
