propaganda, or restrictions to study fully a scientific subject. If only certain constants are given, while other very important variables are omitted by repression, or criminal sanction... then full truth is never really achieved. (this is the power I think that was referred to by the OP in his Original thread)

When cash can be arbitrarily be deployed at great amounts from seemingly endless resources truthful narratives are incubated, fostered, and strategically nursed into what becomes reality.
