Either you believe in boycotting the show or you don’t. Writing paragraphs about how immoral it is for countries to participate while still encouraging people to watch is just performative activism. All it does is boost the viewership numbers and make future boycotts even less effective.

Apparently your principles are rock solid right up until they become mildly inconvenient.
