Human brains have no "mind" and cannot "think". They are purely mechanical, a completely deterministic system of chemicals being passed from one neuron to another as a result of depolarization, the rapid rise and fall of membrane potential.

Nothing else.

Anthropomorphising fluctuations in electrical potential across a cell membrane is not helpful.
