Are mentors born or is it learned behavior?

Learned, I'd say.

So someone who wishes to mentor must learn how to. And for that he needs role models.

The (I suspect, fictitious) 17 year old he talks about also needs a sexual education. Apparently he doesn't understand that full-blown vaginal intercourse is likely to cause harm to a very young girl.

If one would like to learn how to coach a sports team, finding a mentor to learn how to from is no Herculean task.

But how can a pedophile learn how to mentor? Where is he to find an experienced role model when pedophiles are forced to live in the shadows?

So society creates real monsters-- men or adolescent boys who could hurt a boy or a young girl even unintentionally.

What should be done about that?

First we need to stop the media sensationalizing intergenerational sexual activity. And then maybe we should kill all the (so-called) "mental health professionals". Wait, maybe that might be going too far... ;-)
...or maybe not?...
