Pretty sure 764 is an extremist online "network" currently being heavily prosecuted (via individuals who claim to be part of it, not strategic action against any real network).

This is part of the current moral panic on NVE - Nihilistic Violent Extremism, which has gained bipartisan support and uncritical media coverage.

The Mu and Newgon admins have identified a number of oversights in this woman's analysis, and have concluded she only intended to skim-read on the subject, so she could claim to have conducted proper research.
