Instant remembrance upon seeing the title. Cute enough boy, a bit of choral singing too. To be honest I was left at the end of the show thinking how very quaint and old-fashioned the story was, separate from the boy thingo, but perhaps that is true for all of the Sherlock Holmes stories. Sherlock Holmes stories are not enjoyed for their modern thinking as such, but for the story construction and of course the super-deductions of the man. As a boy I would get the same enjoyment from two-minute and five-minute mystery books too, and Encyclopedia Brown and such-like. Now, if I could just deduce why the BC dereferrer is not working.. ![]() |
