Yes. So the goal must be to bring back cultural/family values and get the law out of it. "Benign sexual variation" is not a cultural value but an inhuman abstraction. Sex is NOT benign.

A 13yo boy finds he likes sex a lot. Requires at least six orgasms a day. He decides the best way to express his sexuality is lots of anonymous casual sex, so he's soon getting fucked by 20 or more different men a week.

Should that be against the law? No, but it should be condemned strongly by custom, to the point where only a rare nutter or eccentric would do it. Positive pederasty has to be promoted, in sync with cultural and family values. Removing both law and culture from any restricting role is ultimately a very nihilistic dream.
