flags can rep all kinds of excellences, and do not need to be reduced to only mean states/State (at least in the *hierarchy-over* too long dominating; rotation is NEEDED!!). My feeling is that folks would like to carry stuff that helps them "represeNt" the powerspots they 'hail from', including from a good distance away. M'kay?
