Just extraordinary. Smart boys are sexy, no doubt about it. The internet is awash with 10yo piano prodigies and sports freaks, but this kid's thinking ability was dazzling. And seemingly so well adjusted! Happily conjoining boyhood love of pet caterpillars to sophisticated science. Maybe he'll be the first boy to successfully think his way through puberty.

At a similar age, I kept caterpillars in a box. The only experiment I thunk up was to put some spiders in to see if they'd fight.
