Oh the turns and twists you engage with in order to avoid taking accountability for the choices you have made. Sadly, the more you cling to your earthly power, the tighter you cling to the Devil, walking hand in hand with him towards eternal punishment. Let go of all that noncesence. Lay your heavy burden of guilt at the feet of the cross and experience that light feeling of forgiveness.

It's not that Christians no longer experience guilt. Guilt and shame are gifts from God as he guides us to recognize where we have fallen short in order to lead us into ever closer communion with him. When you refuse to acknowledge your own wrong doings, you have little hope of ever doing any better. Sin eats away at you every day, consuming your mind and stealing your peace. For Christians guilt and shame are temporary feelings that remind us of our sinful nature but then we let go and let God and achieve a feeling of peace and acceptance inside and then we want to share that peace with our friends and neighbors and even people online, if they will listen.

You don't have to listen. You can grumble and stomp and peck at your calculator trying to prove that the government is unfair, but what good will that do? You are wasting your time and allowing the devil to spoil your peace. Why not try something new for a change. Why not wake up tomorrow feeling refreshed and at peace with faith in the Lord? Just try it for a few days and see how you feel.
